(Summary description)On March 17th, the roofed ceremony of ShanghaiTech Tech-Park & Zhangjiang Zaixian - Integrated Development of the Yangtez River Delta Collaborative Innovation Platform Project was successfully held, marking the significant progress of the project construction and laying a solid foundation for its completion.The project is located in Lot B3b-06 of Zhangjiang Science City, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a total construction area of about 82,000 square meters. It is located in the "Golden Central Development Zone" of Pudong, adjacent to the Zhangjiang Sub-center and close to the "Science Gate" of Zhangjiang.The project contains a 99.9-meter-high 20-story office building of and two 3-story office buildings on the east side of the site, with the function for scientific research . Meanwhile, commercial facilities will be appropriately arranged. The underground is a 2-story integral basement, function as an underground garage and quipment room, etc.During the construction of the project, based on the principles of "energy saving, land resource optimization, water saving, material saving and environmental protection", we achieved the goal of creating a green construction demonstration project by optimizing the construction management, green construction disclosure, construction process control and developing new green construction technologies.As a key demonstration project of safety and civilization construction in Shanghai, it has received high attention from leaders of all parties since the construction.
