Two Technology Achievements of DADI Honored the Title of “Technology Innovation” by SMCA
(Summary description)Recently, we learned from SMCA (Shanghai Metal Construction Association) that two scientific and technological achievements submitted by Dadi Steel Structure, "the Key Application and Research of the Construction of Suspended Structure" and "the Design of Convert Node of Structure Steel Column Beam - Non-downwardly Inserted Type & the Research and Development of Constructing Technology and Application" were awarded the title of "Technological Innovation Achievement" in 2022, and at the same time, Tian Yunyu and Wang Aiyuan of Dadi were awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Technician" in 2022 by SMCA!1.The Key Application and Research of the Construction of Suspended Structure. This achievement is based on the construction practice of Shanghai Jinqiao Guopei Land project constructed by Dadi, which is jointly developed by the technical team of Dadi Steel Structure and the structural team of Longyuan Mingzhu combined with the whole process of suspended structure construction. By adopting the "reverse method", which is opposite to the design of the suspended structure, it is effective in construction safety, shortening the construction period, and construction detail hand over.2.The Design of Convert Node of Structure Steel Column Beam - Non-downwardly Inserted Type & the Research and Development of Constructing Technology and Application. This achievement was joint researched and developed by Zhejiang DADI Steel Structure Co., Ltd.,ECADI, Shanghai Jinqiao Group Co., Ltd.,Shanghai Construction No.1 (Group) Co., Ltd., and Tongji University.Through the deep research of a series of difficulties that occurred in convert nodes by classic structure steel which has the single beam design, DADI obtained the following achievements: New design of Strong Joint Weak Pole, which can greatly reduce the consumption of steel, optimize the connection of steel, and reach the purpose of convenient construction. This award is a strong affirmation of SMCA on our company's scientific and technological R&D and talent training, which provides solid support for our company to further promote the technological innovation and optimization of construction.In recent years, Dadi has continuously strengthened management innovation and quality of technology innovation. Dadi also improved the ability of innovation, the quality of craftsmanship,etc. Dadi will continue to make efforts to promote the advanced and make new contributions to promote the high-quality development of the steel structure industry.
