(Summary description)18th Feb 2023, a Scientific Achievement of Evaluation Meeting of “the Design of Convert Node of Structure Steel Column Beam - Non-downwardly Inserted Type & the Research and Development of Constructing Technology and Application” joint researched and developed by Zhejiang DADI Steel Structure Co., Ltd., ECADI, Shanghai Jinqiao Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Construction No.1 (Group) Co., Ltd., and Tongji University, was organized and held by Zhejiang Provincial Association for Tech. Market Promotion in Hangzhou. Attendees of the meeting: Chairman - Professor Yao Jian, Quzhou University. Vice-chairman - Professor Zhao Diansheng, Zhejiang University of Technology.Members - Professor Deng Hua, Zhejiang University.Senior Engineer Leng Xinzhong, Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd.Senior Engineer Chen Ruisheng, Zhejiang University of Technology Engineering Design Group Co., Ltd.Fang Shunsheng, General Manager of Zhejiang DADI Steel Structure Co., Ltd., gave a short introduction to the company's development in science and technology in recent years, and the background and significance of the project. Li Ming, ECADI, and Wang Aiyuan, Technical of DADI presented the background of research on this technology, key innovations, achievements, promotion, application, etc.Members of the meeting approved relevant technical information and engineering application, members agreed that the achievement has generally reached the advanced world standard.Through the deep research of a series of difficulties that occurred in convert nodes by classic structure steel which has the single beam design, DADI obtained the following achievements:1. New design of Strong Joint Weak Pole, which can greatly reduce the consumption of steel, optimize the connection of steel, and reach the purpose of convenient construction.2. New structure steel temporary support, can adjust the preciseness of steel in limited space, and improve efficiency.3. While facing the difficulties such as the convert node of short structure steel of non-downwardly inserted type and multi-production processes, DADI developed a new method of construction and BIM technology to provide technological support for the detailing design and constructing process.With the technology, DADI has obtained 3 utility model patents, 2 invention patents, and 1 construction method, and published 2 scientific and technological papers. Relevant technologies have been successfully applied to the Shanghai Jinding Tiandi Training Center project. Nowadays, the project is with significant social, economic, and environmental benefits and broad application prospects.
