(Summary description)On February 25, DADI invited Cai Wei, a human resources expert, to conduct the training of "Effective KPI Setting Skills", and the company's management personnel participated in the training.The training will be explained from four aspects: the basic knowledge of performance management, the basic concept of objectives and indicators, the decomposition of indicators, the preparation of performance contracts, and performance communication.During the training, the lecturer use practical cases, and group discussion to let the management staffs understand the essence of performance management.At the end of the training, Xu Xiangjun, the deputy general manager, made a speech, stressing the importance of optimizing the performance management system and use it in the existing assessment system to gradually improve the performance management level.As an effective management tool, performance management can not only provide strong support for the self-management of managers and employees, but also make the organization and employees clear the direction and objectives of joint efforts.Through the training, the trainees have a deeper understanding and requirements for the performance management work, which plays an important role in the personal development of the company and employees.
