(Summary description)On December 5, under the witness of representatives of all parties, the construction of the large-span spherical grid in the third area of the packaging workshop of the "Luzhou Laojiao Intelligent Packaging Center Technical Renovation EPC Project Grid Structure Project", which was jointly constructed by Dadi Steel, started smoothly.This project is one of the key projects in Luzhou City, with a total construction area of about 181400 square meters. After completion, it will realize the integration of Baijiu industry brewing, storage, packaging, warehousing, logistics and distribution, further improve the production efficiency of Baijiu, and become a benchmark in Baijiu industry.The area of the three zone spherical grid of the project is 12000 square meters, the total lifting weight is 462 tons, and the maximum span is 89.7 meters.The large-span spherical grid is installed by integral lifting, that is, the ground units are assembled, 28 lifting points are set, and 112 electric hoists are selected for integral synchronous lifting.In order to ensure the smooth completion of the overall lifting project of the large-span spherical grid in the third area of the packaging workshop, the project management team planned in advance in combination with the project structure characteristics, construction site conditions and other conditions, repeated the special construction plan for lifting, constantly optimized various construction contents, and successfully passed the construction plan demonstration meeting.The team overcame the impact of the epidemic on the construction and completed the whole process of the spherical grid structure from drawing deepening, component processing, assembly to lifting in only 41 days, 7 days ahead of schedule.The smooth promotion of the single grid structure has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the following four areas. The smooth progress of the project has been highly recognized by the Owner, the General Contractor and other relevant parties, which has taken a solid step towards the completion of the project's expected use.
