In order to improve the professional image of our staff and create a style of workplace etiquette, our company carried out a training activity on workplace business etiquette on November 20. Liu Pingli, a teacher with rich experience in communication, expression, thinking training and other training, was invited to give lectures in this activity. All our management personnel participated in this training. The theme was introduced with the case of "taking customers by subway" to guide everyone to discuss business etiquette, and then the etiquette in the workplace was explained in detail around the four sections of "professional image", "professional style", "business communication" and "table etiquette". During the training, the participants were divided into four groups to increase the enthusiasm and sense of participation of the whole staff through questions and answers. At the same time, it also simulated many business scenes, such as "observing the coffee buyer", "politely ending the telephone argument", "arranging parking spaces", which were thought-provoking and impressive, and further triggered people's thinking and discussion on the actual business work. Fang Shunsheng, the general manager of the company, said that the training was highly interactive, interesting and well accepted, and hoped that all members of the company could realize the three-step process of learning, understanding and applying practice. Just like "when two armies meet, the brave man win. When the brave man meet, the wise man win. When the wise man meet, the purposive actor wins."
