In order to improve the company's fine management ability, create a clean and orderly working environment, comprehensively improve the quality of management personnel, and enhance the executive power, on October 7, our company invited Mi Zuli, a practical lecturer in the field of production management, to give a 6S training. Nearly 130 people from the company participated in the training.

At the training meeting, General Manager Fang Shunsheng made an opening speech, clarifying the purpose of the training and unifying the understanding of the training.

The lecturer is introduced by "management" and "operation", and defines what is management by focusing on four keywords: objectives, indicators, processes and assessments. From the aspects of the cognition, definition, application, promotion and development of 6S management in the office system, this paper expounds how to truly realize, consolidate and maintain 6S in the office, and how to establish the company's management system in a procedural, standardized and visual way. It also explains in simple terms in combination with a large number of practical cases and on-site research photos. The training content is vivid and interesting, and the students actively participate in the interaction with each other.

During the one-day training, the lecturer shared the concept and practice of 6S strategic management and guided the participants to conduct in-depth discussion on the implementation of 6S management system. Next, the company will continue to unify ideas, improve understanding, mobilize all staff to participate, step by step and persevere from six aspects of sorting, rectification, cleaning, literacy and safety. Through the implementation of 6S management, we can make "standards" become "habits", make "habits" conform to "standards", and promote the company's work efficiency, employee quality, corporate image, and management level to a new level. With the joint efforts of everyone, we will surely find a way of lean management with the characteristics of Dadi Steel Structure!
