1600 tons! Philippines Batangas Combined Cycle Power Plant Project The first batch of steel components are crossing the sea

(Summary description)On July 17, the first batch of steel components of the Batangas Combined Cycle Power Plant project in the Philippines were successfully loaded and shipped from Shanghai Port. The steel components delivered in this batch mainly include hot-rolled, welded H-shaped components, etc. The 1,600-ton steel components will start a one-week voyage. The steel components of this project began to be officially produced on April 6. The first batch of delivery was on June 18, about 1,000 tons; the second batch was on July 15, about 600 tons. The steel components produced need to meet the requirements of AWS D1.1, AWS D1.8 and other American standard specifications. At the same time, as the main basis for verifying whether the treatment of the friction surface of the gusset plate meets the design requirements, the anti-slip coefficient test of the steel structure needs to reach 0.5 or more. Due to the delayed shipping schedule of the delivery date on June 18 and the impact of the epidemic, the delivery of other domestic projects was slow, resulting in a backlog of goods at the two delivery time, and the factory's storage was under great pressure.Facing many challenges such as large quantity of steel components, high quality requirements and tight construction period, the project team sorted out the list in advance and followed up the production progress in a timely manner. Under the huge pressure of a large number of changes in drawings, the processing and production of the first batch of steel components was fully finished.Under the high-temperature "baking" test in July, the temperature of the cargo yard reached a maximum of 40 °C. The workshop workers were loading and shipping vehicles under the scorching sun, and repaired paint and cleaned dust pollution according to the conditions of the steel components. The clothes were soaked in sweat many times, but they just worked hard to deliver the goods as soon as possible.Under the close tracking with Party A and the freight forwarder, while doing a good job in epidemic prevention, the delivery of steel components finally began on July 5, and was completed on July 10. The maximum shipment volume on that day reached 14 vehicles (approximately 500 tons), to complete the target 5 days ahead of schedule. For this project, our company has carefully organized, rationally arranged, and strictly controlled the quality standards, so that the entire project procurement, production, inspection, packaging and delivery can be carried out in an orderly manner. With the joint efforts of all the staff, the 1,600-ton delivery target was completed within a week, and the delivery target of 1,600 tons was completed 5 days ahead of schedule.

Fight high temperature

Under the high-temperature "baking" test in July, the temperature of the cargo yard reached a maximum of 40 °C.
