The Sanya United Project is located in the core area of Phoenix Coast, Sanya City, Hainan Province, and is an important part of Sanya's efforts to build an international tourism consumption center. The construction content of the project includes a 27-storey tower above the ground with a building height of 120 meters, a five-storey commercial podium and a two-storey basement. After completion, it will become Sanya's representative international regional headquarters economy and central business agglomeration area, as well as a leading area of international tourism consumption center.

As one of the key (major) projects in Hainan Province in 2021, the construction of the Sanya Joint Project has attracted great attention from all walks of life.
