The steel structure project of the Longshan County Sports Center Project undertaken by our company. The project is located at the junction of Huatang Community, Huaxin Community and Prosperity Village, Huatang Street, Longshan County. The project is listed as a key project of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture in Hunan Province and a practical project of people's livelihood in Hunan Province. One of the "One Hundred Key Projects".

The entire sports center is divided into a stadium, a basketball hall and a swimming pool. The stadium is a Grade B stadium, which can accommodate 15,000 people after completion. The structure is made of steel pipe trusses. The stadium consists of four stand areas, A, B, C, and D. Seismic joints are set between each stand area, dividing the stadium into four independent stands. Structural units, the basketball hall and the swimming pool adopt a grid structure, and the roofs of the three venues are all made of aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy plates, which are beautiful in appearance.

According to the site plan, the stadium must be constructed first, followed by the basketball hall and swimming pool. The stadium is the focal point of the construction of the entire sports center, and it is also a difficult point of construction. According to the characteristics of the on-site construction conditions, the project department carefully prepared the hoisting plan and passed it through a strict meeting of experts. Each truss of the stadium is constructed in two sections. First, a 100-ton crawler crane is used to hang the truss column on the periphery of the stand to temporarily fix it, and then a 350-ton crawler crane is used to close the horizontal truss and the column truss. Closing is the key to quality control. The project department checked every layer and strictly controlled the assembly size of the truss, which laid a good foundation for the smooth closing of the hoisting. 

At about 5:00 pm on August 20, 2017, with the command of the commander, the boom of the 350-ton crawler crane slowly rose, rotated in the air, and lowered into place. The lower support rod fell firmly on the embedded part of the bearing. The support rod and the lower chord of the truss, the beam end truss and the column end truss are smoothly closed, and the hoisting is successful at one time. The successful hoisting of the first hoist shows our company's standardized management achievements and strong technical strength, and also takes an important step for the successful implementation of the project.

The owners, management companies, supervisors, and representatives of the general contractor who attended the event congratulated our company on the successful hoisting, gave unanimous praise to the preparatory work, and put forward ardent hopes for the later construction.
