On January 18th, the kickoff meeting of Dadi Steel Structure Shanghai Jinqiao International Cultivation land r&d project was held at the site. General Manager Fang Shunsheng, Deputy General Manager Luo Mingwen, relevant department heads and the site project management team attended the meeting. At 14:30 on January 19, the steel column in the basement of the core tube of Tower A was successfully hoisted, marking the full start of the steel structure work of the project.

On December 17, 2021, Dadi Steel Construction won the bid of steel structure project of Jinqiao Guopei Block R&D Project (" Jinqiao 1851 "), with the bid amount of 387.3 million yuan. The project is the gateway project of "Shanghai Golden Ring", which is located in the core area of the sub-center of Jinqiao City and the key area of "Golden Central" development belt. The total steel volume of the project is 28,300 tons.

With a total construction area of 140843.54 square meters, including 93209.27 square meters above ground and 47,634.27 square meters below ground, Shanghai Jinqiao International Training Center plot project will build one 100-meter main tower and three 60-meter secondary towers, and the 470-meter podium flying frame connecting the north and the south. With a unique architectural image, it will become a new landmark of the "Golden Central" development belt.

The steel structure of the project is the largest civil building with inverted system design in China, which has attracted a lot of attention in the industry. The project is committed to the research and development of rationalization technical route and precision component processing, which are two difficult tasks. In view of the special structural form of the project, the site construction is planned to adopt the "reverse method" construction technology of partial structure floor assembly, the overall lifting of the top truss structure, and the overall lifting of the floor frame structure.
