"Forever in full bloom" is the vision of the Garden Expo Park. Since its opening in April this year, the garden Expo Park has become a new landmark of Nanjing and a popular spot on the Internet. The former mine valley and ecological scar, Is becoming a "world-class mountain garden group" integrating Chinese architectural culture, garden gardening, cultural tourism and other multi-functions.

After participating in the construction of the steel structure of boutique hotels, city pavilions and supporting facilities in the park last year, recently, the company ushered in the follow-up supporting projects -- the installation of steel structure of the Garden Expo park scenic spot and yangshan monument air corridor bridge.

The project includes steel structure of vertical elevator shaft and steel structure of air gallery bridge. The difficulty of the project lies in the installation of the air gallery bridge. The air gallery bridge is a large-span steel truss structure with a span of 63 meters. As the construction site itself is located on a narrow gentle slope, with one side facing the mountain and the other side facing the slope, the available site is extremely limited, and the overall lifting of the conventional truss cannot be selected. After several scheme comparison and selection, the project department determined the idea of "overall hoisting of a single truss and high connection of upper and lower strings". As the weight of a single truss reached 55t, and the existing steel structure of the elevator shaft and construction tower crane restricted the selection of the main crane in space, the scheme finally selected 600t crawler crane, and the 90m main boom exceeded working condition.

During the whole construction process, the project department has successively overcome construction problems such as large crawler cranes entering the site and connecting rods in the air, large span truss assembly and lifting deformation control, 310 degree rotation of large crawler cranes in narrow valleys and walking with load under overloading conditions, and the construction process has been smooth and successful. After the completion of the steel structure construction, the project department will continue to carry out the curtain wall project construction, and plan to complete the project construction task before the Spring Festival.

After the completion of the connecting channel of the project, it will become a new landmark of the Garden Expo Park scenic spot, enabling the two adjacent scenic spots to seamlessly connect and switch freely. The magnificent picture of "splendid Jiangsu" is spread out in the mountain, and the grand momentum of "Yangshan Monument" is heavy and ying swing on the mountain. Overlooking the top of the mountain, the city garden patchwork, Nanjing garden "Jingyang Floor", led the six Dynasties misty rain, linyuan standing; Yangshan stone tablet lying, static mask vicissitudes of life. Just as the industrial remains in the valley are transformed into "Nanjing Time", which represents the past, present and future of Nanjing.
