The ceremony for the first hoisting of the steel structure for the Jinding World training center was held at 15:08 pm on May 17th. Chairman of the board of the owner, GoldBridge Group, leadership from the general contractor, supervisor, and DADI attended the ceremony to witness this wonderful moment.

The accomplishment of the hoisting means that this project has entered a construction phase of the steel structure on the main body and forged a solid foundation of the installation at a later stage, making essential progress on the project process.

Carried out at Caolu Town of Pudong District, Shanghai, this project covers 181663.69 m2 of total building area, including 96626.89 m2 aboveground and 85036.80 m2 underground. The easternmost edge is Shenlun Rd., the southernmost Hanqiao, the westernmost Shenqi, and the northernmost Keqiao. It mainly consists of four single-body buildings including high-rise office building in the northwest and southeast, multi-storeyed office building southwest, and multi-storeyed stadium/theatre northeast. As a key project in the Golden Zhonghuan Development Zone, it will be a brand-new demonstrative base for education.

Having entered a new stage, we will become more enthusiastic to tackle new challenges and issues. Well-conceived construction plan will be made with more details, and the project progress will be steadily promoted, so that it can be handed over on time. Meanwhile, we will take it as an opportunity with a persistence of high quality, high efficiency, and high standard to strengthen the construction.
