       30 pairs of masters and apprentices signed a master-apprentice agreement with each other. The signing is not only a signature, but also a promise to teach by words and deeds, and a pledge to learn with an open mind and work hard.

     After the signature is completed, the apprentice pays respects to the master, dresses properly, presents flowers, and the ceremony is done! This simple ceremony carries the fetters and responsibilities of master and apprentice.
