On July 4th, the expert consultation meeting on the "Special Construction Plan for Steel Structure Engineering" of the Shanghai Jinqiao Guopei Plot R&D project was successfully held.
Wu Xinzhi , winner of the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and former deputy chief engineer of Shanghai Construction Engineering Group , steel structure master and expert committee of China Steel Structure Association. He Mingxuan, executive deputy director, Zhang Qilin , a doctoral supervisor of Tongji University , Chen Xiaoming, chief engineer of Shanghai Construction Engineering Group, Jia Baorong, chief engineer of Shanghai Jishi Group and other experts .
Construction unit, supervision unit, Bao Lianjin, chief structural engineer of East China Architectural Design and Research Institute, Gao Zhenfeng , deputy chief engineer of Shanghai Construction Engineering, deputy chief engineer, Wang Meihua and other relevant leaders, general manager of Dadi Steel Structure Fang Shunsheng, deputy general manager Luo Mingwen and the main personnel of the project technical team to participate.
The Jinqiao Guopei Plot R&D project is located in the core area of the "Golden Central Development Belt" in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a total construction area of more than 140,000 square meters. As a pilot project of the Jinqiao Sub-center, it will create an international urban landmark that inherits the city's cultural context and imprint, become a high-quality R&D exchange industry carrier, and help Shanghai build a global science and technology innovation center.
The main structure of the four towers of this project adopts a special type of core tube-steel frame structure, and the outer frame steel structure adopts the design of the largest upside-down structure system in China. It is the civil building with the largest number of suspended floors. and the core tube structure below it as the main stress system . The on-site construction will adopt the local ground assembly of the steel structure project, the top cantilever, the overall lifting of the ring truss, the "cumulative" lifting of the outer frame columns and beams, and the reverse construction process of the overall lifting.
Through the construction animation combined with the construction plan PPT, the project technical leader made a detailed report from six aspects: project overview, overall construction deployment, construction plans at various stages, construction management, acceptance and quality control measures, and emergency response measures. After listening to the report, the experts and representatives of relevant units conducted in-depth and detailed exchanges on the content of the plan, and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions.
In line with the attitude of "safety first, quality-oriented, and excellence", our company will further improve, enrich and refine the construction plan according to the opinions of the experts participating in the meeting, learn from and absorb the current advanced construction experience and technology in the steel structure industry.
