Project Management Department of Guiyang Longdongbao Airport Announced DADI as 2020’s Outstanding Partner

(Summary description)After inspecting the construction progress and the safety&quality system, the expansion headquarter of Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport (phase III) awarded us an honor credential of 2020’s Outstanding Partner of Project Management, and bestowed Li Feng as our comrade an honorary title of 2020’s Model of Safety Manager. This is not only an approval for our project control and construction quality, but also an encouragement of the future work to us. This credential is issued based on an overall evaluation of project control. Since commencement, we have implemented the practical provisions regarding project management with a construction principle of following the standard, and meeting the requirements. We have also been upholding an idea that quality and safety are of the highest priority, to consistently improve our work. As an essential project during the 12th Five-Year plan of Guizhou Province, the construction adopted the design of one main hall with single corridor, making the structure, located on the north of T2 terminal, look like a “T”. The length from south to north is 522m, and east to west 360m; the building area is 167,000m2, and the total area of roofs pick eaves is 8,143m2; the building’s total height is 38m, and the corridor’s is 33m. The project is designed for 2025’s target throughputs of 30 million passengers and 250 thousand metric tons of cargo and postal; the amount of aircraft take-off and landing shall be 243 thousand. While aiming the “Excellent Project of Huangguoshu Cup” in Guizhou, we will try our best to win the “Lu Ban Award”.The No.3 terminal is expected to be put into use in the second half of next year, allowing passengers to transfer between No.2 line of Guiyang metro and High-speed Railway Station of Longdongbao seamlessly. Moreover, it will strengthen the presence of the airport as an aviation link with enhanced service and safety, giving crucial contribution to the establishment of modern transportation system and openness for the Guizhou Economic Area of Shuanglong Aviation Port.The metal roofing construction was commenced on March 25, 2020; On July 15, in the same year, the first test of waterproof was completed; the waterproof roof in Corridor A was successfully built on November 30, 2020, which was 12 days ahead of the deadline. During the vocation of New Year’s day, many workers were still holding their positions with enthusiasm and spirit to race with the clock. The solid foundation of 2021’s prospect has been built in full swing, on which hundreds of days were spent. Currently, we are optimistic to achieve every established objective despite the pandemic.
