Ruijin City Sports Center Stadium Project is located in Xianghu Town, Ruijin City. The roof of the stadium steel structure project undertaken by Dadi Steel Structure is composed of four parts, including the roof of the east and west main stands and the roof of the north and south entrances. The roof of the east and west main stands adopts a plane truss structure system, which consists of 66 floor-standing triangular trusses, 66 plane trusses, 32 plane secondary trusses, and a large number of struts and steel tie rods. The connection between the triangular truss and the plane truss, the plane truss The connection node with the secondary truss adopts steel castings; the roof of the north and south entrances adopts a single beam system. The maximum overhang length is about 31.5 meters, and the minimum overhang length is about 9.3 meters. The entire upper steel structure canopy is supported on the column top of the lower concrete structure and the outer support platform through the upper and lower supports. The east-west central axis and the north-south central axis are symmetrical, the roof is a curved surface, and the complex structure resembles a "small bird's nest".

 

 

      As a key project in Ganzhou City, Dadi Company, the general contractor of the project, the owner and other related units attach great importance to it. Due to the great technical difficulty of the project and the high temperature season in summer, a lot of preparatory work was invested in the early stage, combined with the special plan for steel structure hoisting and safety. The project plan is to eliminate the potential safety hazards to the greatest extent, and complete the hoisting operation under the premise of ensuring quality and safety. The steel truss officially began to be hoisted on July 5, 2018.

      The external facade truss is triangular in shape, with a large arc, the maximum width is 10.5 meters, the maximum length is 26 meters, and the maximum height is 7.2 meters. The maximum weight of a single truss is 27 tons. After the ground pay-off tire frame is assembled, use a 180-ton crawler to hang four strands of D36 steel wire rope to lower the tire, and then use two strands of D42 steel wire rope to lift and install.

The roof truss in the field is a unilateral truss, the maximum length of the main truss is 31 meters, the maximum width is 6 meters, the maximum weight of a single truss is 15 tons, the maximum lifting height is 41 meters, and the roof slope is 50%. The main truss is also in the form of overall hoisting after pre-installation on the ground, and the secondary truss is directly connected at high altitude, and is hoisted and installed by two D36 steel wire ropes of a 200-ton crawler crane.

It has been more than two months from the completion of the aerial docking of the first truss hoisting until today's construction, and the hoisting progress is about 65% completed.
