On July 17, the first batch of steel components of the Batangas Combined Cycle Power Plant project in the Philippines were successfully loaded and shipped from Shanghai Port. The steel components delivered in this batch mainly include hot-rolled, welded H-shaped components, etc. The 1,600-ton steel components will start a one-week voyage.The steel components of this project began to be officially produced on April 6. The first batch of delivery was on June 18, about 1,000 tons; the second batch was on July 15, about 600 tons.The steel components produced need to meet the requirements of AWS D1.1, AWS D1.8 and other American standard specifications. At the same time, as the main basis for verifying whether the treatment of the friction surface of the gusset plate meets the design requirements, the anti-slip coefficient test of the steel structure needs to reach 0.5 or more.
